The present policy, adopted in enforcement of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (GDPR), is included in the regulatory information and legal notices of Lutetia Capital’s website. The website browsing is possible without providing any personal data. However, some information and documents are available only on request by completing a form of contact. Providing personal data in this event is only voluntary.

2/ Commitments of Lutetia Capital on the data privacy

A. Safety and integrity of data

Personal data protection against losses, excessive uses, forgeries or destructions is ensured by implementing technical protocols and adequate risk procedures. These provisions are handled by a data protection officer (the DPO) nominated within the team of Lutetia Capital. However, the Internet network being opened to all and not secured, Lutetia Capital cannot be held responsible for the online personal data transmissions.

B. Data retention

According to the recommendations of the Commission Nationale de l'Informatique et des Libertés (CNIL), Lutetia Capital will retain the collected data for three years, starting from the last communication with the user.

C. Third-party websites

Lutetia Capital website provides links to external websites. These websites being independent from Lutetia Capital, no information can be given about the collection, use and processing of personal data on these sites.

D. Legal or regulatory obligations to communicate personal data

The personal data may be communicated by Lutetia Capital in application of the website Conditions of use or in case of emergency situations in order to insure the individuals’ security, or to protect the public. The communication of the personal data can be possibly executed in enforcement of law or an administrative act, a judicial decision or a warrant or a regulation in force where Lutetia Capital is implanted.

Consequently, he can be fulfilled by the DPO with information on the nature of the data collected, the methods of processing of these data and the purpose of such treatments. B. Right to rectify Every user has the right to obtain from the DPO without undue delay or extra fees the rectification of inaccurate personal data held on his subject by Lutetia Capital. C. Right to delete Every user has the right to obtain from the DPO the deletion of the personal data held in his subject by Lutetia Capital. The DPO has to suppress personal data without undue delay, unless duly justified. D. Right to object Every user can exercise his right to object, on grounds relating to his or her situation, to the treatment of his data, and, at any time, remove the consent given initially. The processing of the data will then be stopped as soon as possible. E. Right to limitation of processing The data processing can be temporarily restrained when a one of the situations listed by the article 18 of the GDPR occurs. F. Right of data portability Every user can ask the DPO to provide him or her with all the data concerning him or her with the aim of transmitting them to another person in charge of processing.
