Managing Partner, Portfolio ManagerJ.F. Comte is the co-founder and CIO of the firm. He is responsible for Merger Arbitrage and Event-Driven research. He is aportfolio manager for the merger arbitrage funds. Prior to co-founding Lutetia Capital, J.F. was a Vice President at Lazard in New York, where he specialized in mergers and acquisitions. Throughout his career at Lazard, J.F. advised leading corporations and financial investors in landmark transactions totalling more than $50 billion in value. J.F. graduated from NYU Law School.

Fabrice SEIMAN
Managing Partner, Portfolio ManagerFabrice Seiman is the co-founder and CEO of the firm. He is responsible for Volatility and Multi-Arbitrage Research. He is a portfolio manager for arbitrage funds. Prior to founding Lutetia Capital, Fabrice was an investment professional at PAI Partners, after acting as an Advisor to the French Budget Minister. He graduated from Sciences Po (IEP) Paris with a degree in Finance and attended the Master of Liberal Arts in Extension Studies (Government) at Harvard University. A former Associate Professor at Science Po Paris, Fabrice was awarded in 2013 the "Palmes Académiques". He was selected in 2007 by the World Economic Forum as a YGL. He is the President of the European Observatory for Financial Law, a non-profit organization who seeks to facilitate research in financial law.

Head of Quantitative Research, ManagerDavid Haiun is responsible for quantitative research and is a co-manager for the UCITS and non-UCITS funds. Before joining Lutetia Capital, David worked as a financial exotic products trader at Crédit Suisse in London.While at Crédit Suisse, he notably created and implemented volatility models. He previously held a position as a quantitative analyst on credit derivatives on ALM at Lehman Brothers. He graduated from Ecole Polytechnique (X). He also graduated from the Master's degree (DEA) of Nicole El Karoui and holds a Master of Arts in Financial Mathematics from Columbia University.
Isabel AZOULAY
Head of Investment Advisory
Isabel Azoulay is responsible for Investment Advisory and Investor Relations. A former Executive Director in Fixed Income Sales & Trading at Goldman Sachs in London, she was responsible for Fund Derivatives Sales in France, Belgium and Luxembourg. Isabel was previously an Associate at JPMorgan in London in Fixed Income Derivatives Marketing. She started her career as a Financial Analyst at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, in Media & Telecom Investment Banking in New York and London. Isabel graduated from the Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs at Princeton University and received her MBA from Harvard Business School.
Alex DRAMU, CAIA
Investor RelationsAlex Dramu, CAIA is part of the firm’s Investor Relations Team, focusing on EMEA. Previously, Alex was Head of Institutional Business Development at John Locke Investments, a systematic quantitative investment manager, for 10 years. Before that, Alex was part of the Product Specialist team of the Fund of Hedge Fund division of Credit Agricole Asset Management (now Amundi). Alex holds a Masters degree from Paris IX Dauphine University and is a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA).
Cyrille MARTY

Group CFORomain Comte is the group CFO. He is also the acting CFO for the Sartorius Group, one of the closely held shareholders of Lutetia Capital. Previously, Romain was a banker in the mergers and acquisitions group of JPMorgan in London. He began his career in the private equity division of Goldman Sachs in London. Romain is a graduate of HEC School of Management in Paris.
Alice JULIET
Legal and compliance officerAlice Juliet is Legal and Compliance Officer for Lutetia Capital. She holds a Master degree in banking and financial law from the Université Clermont Auvergne (UCA), and is currently completing her PhD thesis about the ability of legal theory to stem systemic risk on financial markets. She also is a lecturer at UCA. During her PhD researches, she was invited by Wuhan University as a young searcher in Law, she participated to several conferences and congresses, and published papers in business and comparative law. She was strongly committed to the PhD development and recognition, for example with the creation and coordination of the non-profit organization called Doct’Auvergne.
Clarisse Ann BARTOLOME
Investment Associate - Lutetia Capital Investment AdvisorsClarisse Bartolome is responsible for the operations and investment advisory activities of Lutetia Capital Investment Advisors Ltd., the Group's entity in Malta. Prior to joining the company, Clarisse worked as a financial advisor at the Deal Advisory Department of KPMG Philippines. She has relevant experience in performing financial due diligence, commercial due diligence, and corporate valuation work in relation to the mergers and acquisitions (M&A) deals and business expansion strategies of international companies.Clarisse received her MBA in Financial Management and Business Organization degree from Universidad Catolica de Murcia, Spain where she graduated with distinction.
Sam ROSENBERG
Managing PartnerSam Rosenberg is Managing Partner. He is responsible for Business Development and Client Relationships for the Americas. Prior to joining Lutetia Capital, Sam spent more than 23 years in the Capital Markets Divisions of Société Générale and Natixis assuming various roles in the Americas during his tenure ranging from Head of Financial Engineering, Head of Equity Derivatives Sales, Head of Lyxor Sales and Head of Cross Asset Solutions. Sam graduated from the Master's degree (DEA) of Nicole El Karoui and holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of California at Santa-Cruz. Sam was Inducted in the Volatility Hall of Fame Hall in 2017 by EQDerivatives for outstanding accomplishments in volatility investing.
Composed of leading personalities of the economic or academic world, the Advisory Committee of Lutetia Capital is primarily solicited to give its opinion on the macroeconomic environment and the strategy and governance of the company. Its members are interviewed individually or collectively on the basis of their respective area of competence. Members of the Committee are independent and receive no compensation from the firm or any affiliate.
